4. The FOB Distribution platform and Amazon data
FOB Distribution is a multi-account Amazon advertising and reporting platform. When the platform is live, customers connect their Amazon seller and advertising accounts exclusively through Amazon's official authorization flows and APIs. Data obtained through Amazon's APIs is used solely to provide the service to the customer who authorized it, is handled in accordance with Amazon's applicable data protection and acceptable use policies, and is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. A more detailed platform privacy notice will be provided to customers as part of onboarding.
5. When we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run this website and communicate with you (such as hosting and email providers), when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger. Service providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
6. Data retention
We keep correspondence and early access requests for as long as needed to respond to you and operate the waitlist, then delete or anonymize them. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.
