1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of fobdistribution.com (the "Site"), operated by Friends of Brands Inc ("we", "us"), 144-42 Jewel Avenue, Flushing, NY 11367, United States. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site
The Site provides information about FOB Distribution, a multi-account Amazon advertising platform that is currently in development, and lets you request early access. The platform itself is not yet generally available; when it launches, customers' use of it will be governed by a separate customer agreement presented at signup.
3. Early access requests
Submitting an early access request does not create an obligation for us to provide access, and does not create a paid or contractual relationship. We may accept, defer, or decline requests at our discretion while capacity is limited.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by Friends of Brands Inc and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the Site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates; FOB Distribution is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, probing or scanning it for vulnerabilities without authorization, scraping it at abusive volumes, or submitting false or misleading information.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, webmail providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information on the Site, including product descriptions and roadmap items, may change without notice and does not constitute a commitment to deliver any functionality.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friends of Brands Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
